What does a managed IT service actually include?
Our managed IT service includes 24/7 monitoring, proactive maintenance, helpdesk support, security patching, and a dedicated point of contact for strategic IT planning. The exact scope is agreed in your service agreement and can be tailored to your organisation's size and requirements.
How quickly can you onboard a new client?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 2 to 4 weeks from signing. We handle the discovery, documentation, and system access setup, so you do not need to manage the transition yourself. We can also work alongside your outgoing IT provider to ensure there is no gap in coverage.
Do you work with businesses outside of London?
Yes. While we are headquartered in London, we support clients across the UK. Many of our services are delivered remotely, and where on-site presence is required, we can accommodate that as part of your service agreement.
What size of organisation do you typically work with?
We work with organisations from 10 to 500+ users. Our sweet spot is growth-stage businesses and established SMEs that need enterprise-grade IT but do not yet have the internal resource to manage it. We also work with larger organisations on specific projects and supplementary support.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Standard managed service agreements run on a 12-month basis, which allows us to properly plan and invest in your environment. We can discuss shorter arrangements for specific projects or transitional support. All terms are transparent from day one with no lock-in penalties beyond the agreed notice period.
